Rules: Users must follow instructions carefully, treat other users and staff with respect, and must not attempt to access the back end of biasllr/AI™.
Prohibited Activities: Users must not attempt to access information or data from our servers, API connections, website, marketing materials, emails, or any other form of data owned and operated by biaskllr/AI™.
7. Content
Ownership: Reports created by the biaskllr/AI model are the property of biaskllr/AI™. Users have the right to share reports on social media and download them for personal, educational, or corporate use. Reports generated by biaskllr/AI™ may not be resold.
Rights: biaskllr/AI™ maintains a license for perpetual use of content created with the engine in marketing, documentation, reports, press releases, and other outlets of choice without alteration.
Moderation: User content is not moderated.
8. Privacy
Data Collection, Use, and Protection: User data will be collected using a third-party sign-up tool that manages all GDPR, California Consumer Privacy Act, and other legal management requirements. We work with compliance tools throughout the website to ensure strict confidence, security, and safety for all PII. We are not responsible for incidents or breaches beyond our control. We continually seek to improve our security and protection.

9. Payments and Refunds
Payment Terms: All payments are in monthly or annual subscription terms.
Refund Policy: Refunds are not allowed, even if users are banned for misconduct. Users can cancel their subscription at any time. Any future months will not be collected if notice is given within 72 hours of the subscriber’s next billing date.
10. Termination
Conditions for Termination: User accounts can be terminated for violations of the Terms of Use or Terms of Service, misuse of biaskllr/AI™ for unauthorized purposes, or attempts to access the internal workings of the model, website, or any other biaskllr/AI™ property.
Data Upon Termination: User data will be maintained to prevent further access to the system but will no longer be used for internal marketing purposes.
11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Disclaimers: The services are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Resolution Method: Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The place of arbitration shall be St. Petersburg, FL, and the language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses and an equal share of the arbitrators’ and administrative fees of arbitration

Notification of Changes: Users will be notified of changes to these terms via their registered email on biaskllr/AI™.
16. Miscellaneous
Additional Clauses: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding such subject matter.
Severability: If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Amendments: This agreement may be amended only by a written document signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
No Waiver: The failure of either party to exercise any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder.
Assignment: You may not assign this agreement, or any rights or obligations hereunder, without the prior written consent of the company. The company may assign this agreement at any time without notice to you.
Headings: The headings in this agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of this agreement.
